Hous [demo]

Why commercial hospitality shouldn't depend on cloud SaaS. Designing an offline-first property management system using embedded SQLite, transaction-derived folio accounting, in-process Chrome CDP PDF rasterization, and automated 3-way Stripe reconciliation.

TransferTrak [demo]

Automating academic transfer equivalencies without overwhelming LLM context windows. Pairing Gemini document parsing with BM25 lexical catalog pruning and bounded adjudication for audit-grade review workflows. Sponsored by BeaconForge Solutions.

eLox

Reverse-engineering 13.56 MHz RFID hospitality locks (eLocks / Securelox). Decoding MIFARE Classic memory layouts with Proxmark3, auditing time-based key invalidation mechanisms, and replacing proprietary $800 encoders with open CCID hardware.
